Two-Room Efficiency apartments are available with 1-Queen Bed in bedroom and a Kitchen-Living Room combination, with one additional Queen "Pull-Out" Sofa Bed. Efficiencies offer full tiled bathroom with tub & shower. Kitchens include Oak Dining Set, Refrigerator & Microwave, Stove & Coffee Maker; dishes - pans & utensils.

Each Living Room leads you through "sliders" out to your oversized private deck, equipped with patio furniture. All efficiencies are non-smoking, include A/C & heat; cable TV & "WI-FI" wireless internet access (Fee Based Minutes).
