RATES FOR ADDITIONAL PEOPLE:
Children up to 5 years of age stay Free.
Children 6 to 12 years of age stay for $5.00 per night additional.
Guests ages 13 or older stay for $15.00 per night additional.

• All rates are based on Double Occupancy (1 or 2 People).
• ALL UNITS ARE NON-SMOKING. (VIOLATIONS ASSESSED $50 FEE)
• NO PETS ALLOWED.
• 9% State Room Tax Additional.
• * Minimum stay may be required.
• One (1) Night's deposit required for nightly reservation. 
• 50% deposit required on stays of 3 nights or longer.
• Cancellation Policy: 14 days notice required for cancellations on all units to receive a refund of deposit, minus a 15% processing fee. There is a 14-day notice required for any changes to your original reservation. Reservations of 2-nights or longer, may not be reduced within 14-days of your arrival. Deposits are applied to your last night of stay. There is no refund for your early departure, regardless of reason.

• Check-In Time is 2:00 PM & Check-Out Time is 10:00 AM.
